Villa Api D'Oro

Lovely semi-detached villa at approx 150 mt from the sea in a panoramic position towards the Bocche di Bonifacio, harmoniously located in a natural park of approx 3.000 m2. The building is divided into two units of approx 140 m2 each, totally independent, that can used alone of joined as a single unit.

Location

The structure is located at Santa Teresa di Gallura, in the North East of Sardinia. It is simple to arrive from the port and airport of Olbia going along the road SS-125 and then the SS-133 bis to Santa Teresa.

Villas

Area A – with entrance on the hill side: one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, lounge with kitchenette, and two additional beds. The lounge has a French door with a wonderful roofed veranda with view to the Bocche di Bonifacio.
Area B – with entrance on the sea side: due triple rooms, kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, wide lounge. This apartment has the roofed veranda accessed from the lounge, independent from the neighbouring apartment, with barbecue.
All of the beds are individual (no bunk beds). There are parking spaces inside the property.

Amenities

24 hour reception previous notification. Bed and bath linen with extra change, TV and washing machine.

Cooking&Eating

The villa has a kitchen with pots and pans. Kitchen linen not supplied.

Check in hour 15:00 - Check out hour 10:00. Small pets are allowed previous notification.
