The holiday houses that Sardegne has chosen in San Pasquale, are located in the residence Borgo Saraceno, a few kilometres from the beautiful beaches in the northeastern Sardinia (spiaggia del liscia, Santa Teresa di Gallura, Palau etc).
APARTMENTS
The two holiday houses are two-rooms apartments and have plain furniture. They are ideal for families and for people who want to relax and enjoy the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia. They are provided with a double room, a spacious dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a balcony, air conditioning, washing machine and TV.

The price doesn't include

Charges for cunsumptions:

15 €  per person per week. It is compulsory and includes consumptions of water, electric and gas. It must be paid at the time of booking

Safe deposit

(to lodge on spot locally and it will be given back at the end of the stay): 150 €

Final cleaning:

50 € (it must be paid at the time of booking)

Optional extra charges

Bed linen and bath towels:

20 euros per person per week (to be paid at the time of booking)

Pets:

They are not allowed
