San Teodoro is a tourist town very near the sea with crystal clear waters and astonishing colour, the charm of the shores and the islands of Tavolara, Molara, Proratora, Ruja are the frame of this special place. The apartments are near to the center of San Teodoro and to the beach Cala D'Ambra.

Location

San Teodoro, province Olbia-Tempio is at 30 km from the port and airport of Olbia.

Appartments

Are located in buildings in rows, harmoniously inserted in nature. They are all nicely furnished and equipped with porch and entrance, only the studios 2-beds may also be on the first floor. There are different types:

Studio 2 / 3 sleeps

are composed of living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, loft conversion with 2 beds and bath

Two rooms 4 sleeps

are composed of living room kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom (can be on two levels)

Two rooms 5 sleeps

are composed of living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, loft conversion with 2 beds, double bedroom and bathroom.

Three rooms 6 sleeps

are composed of living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, bedroom with 2 beds (sometimes bunk) and bathroom.

Amenities

2 tennis courts for a fee, on-site organization of excursions, customer service. A 900 meters to the center of San Teodoro. A restaurant at 300 meters distance.

Cooking&Eating

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette.

Remarks

Check-in: Saturday from 5 p.m. For arrivals after 11 p.m one must arrange check in for the following day. Pets: Allowed if small sized, on request at extra charge. Photos are indicative of the type.
