Three-Room 4 beds internally divided onto one or two floors, they are composed of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds or bunk bed, a bathroom.
Three-Room 4+2 beds internally divided onto one or two floors, they are composed of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds or bunk bed, a bathroom.

In San Teodoro there are supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, tobacconists, newsagents, boutiques, pharmacies, first aid unit, piano bar, discos, boats hire, as well as football field, and bowling green. On the beach one can practice windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, etc.
