San Teodoro is one of the best known towns of the East coast of Sardinia, at very short distance from Costa Smeralda. The villa is located in the locality of Isuledda, in front of the homonymous beach, at approx 1500 meters from San Teodoro, and 150 meters from the sea in a panoramic position with view to the Island of Tavolara.  The sea with its crystal clear and emerald colour water, the white and fine sandy beaches, the charm of the coast and the neighbouring islands of Tavolara, Molara, Proratora, Ruja are the frame of this special place.

Location

The villa is located in San Teodoro, locality of Isuledda, Province of Olbia-Tempio. It is at approx 30 km from the port and airport of Olbia Go along the road SS-131 Bis in direction Nuoro and turn to San Teodoro after approx 30km, or from Olbia take the road SS-125 (orientale sarda) and go along to San Teodoro.

The first level is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining room and kitchen, and a panoramic veranda that overlooks the swimming pool in the garden in front of the house. There is also an annex with independent entrance consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchenette with dining area and patio. On the back there is a lawn garden with barbecue area also equipped with a small washbasin.
