• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes on site assistance, consumptions of electricity, water, and gas and the final cleaning. For one-week stays, three shares minimum are calculated.
  The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 25 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bed linen: 10,00 Euros per person/week;
  -Bath towels: 10,00 Euros per person/week;
  -Baby cot: 25,00 Euros per week;
• ADDITIONAL REMARKS
  -the guests must call the reception office before their arrival to communicate: their arrival time and arrivals later than 08:00 p.m. or expected fro the following day(s), otherwise the reservation lapsese; arrivals later than midnight are not accepted;
