The villa

Exceptional detached villa with swimming pool, boasting great view on the bay with easy access by foot to the fine sandy beach nearby. The beauty of the villa lies in its design and architecture: the swimming pool is set along the curving terrace and has spa jets on the shallow end.
On the ground floor: a living and dining room and a fully fitted open kitchen, toilet with washing machine. All opening onto the lawn garden, swimming pool and the terraces facing the bay.
On the first floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with shared bathroom. Large panoramic terrace.
Air conditioning, external shower, portable BBQ, safe, tv (only local channels and DVD player). The pool does not have night lights.

The villa has an equipped kitchenette.
