Positive aspects: We stayed very close to the beach, superb villa, good price, and in a beautiful area, it was very close to my ideal holiday. See below
The perfect holiday for me is. Big private villa (10 people), BBQ and nice private place to sit. Close to a good sandy open beach (No rows of chairs), close to mountains. Close to shops and good resteraunts, but not in town. Near a bar with good cold beer. And most important beautiful nature all around with nice views and walks.
If you have a place like that, let me know. This year we go to Sicily Cefalu. But next year if you have a place, let me know. Cheers Julian

Negative aspects: I hike, and don’t like lying around on beaches. There were very few marked trails, and I had to walk at least 10Km before I found a hill.
There were problems with drains and flooding downstairs, but we got good response.
