Villa Teresa Kala e Moru

Kal'e Moru is a well known summer town near Quartu Sant’Elena, one of the widest municipalities of Sardinia able to offer a unique and varied landscape. The shore extends for approx 26 km and is characterized by white sandy beaches interrupted by high rocky cliffs. On the other side a mountainous landscape. The mounts of Sette Fratelli, recovered with woods, are the natural habitat of deers, royal eagle and wild pigs. The highest is the Serpeddì mount 1069 metres high. In the plain the Stagno di Molentargius, one of the most important humid areas of Europe. Area characterized by the pink flamingo, among other birds which nest here as well.

The unit is located in Kala e Moru, Quartu Sant'Elena. It is at 35 km from Cagliari, 126 km form Arbatax and approx 280 km from Olbia.

Semidetached villa on a hill with independent entrance and private garden. On the ground floor living room with fireplace opens on a terrace with sea view; on the same ground kitchen with washing machine, 1 double room which window opens onto the terrace, 1 twin bedroom( joinable), a shower bathroom. There is an air conditioner located in the corridor that leads to the two bedrooms. With independent entrance, there is the basement, with regular windows. The basement is composed of 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, a shower bathroom with ventilator ( no window). Charming green grass garden. Barbecue. External private parking. A nice path of around 300 m. inside the village leads to the white sandy beach. Ideal for families with children.
