Nicole Villa

This villa is located in Capitana, 15km from Cagliari on the south-eastern coast and 10km from Quartu Sant'Elena, which is one of the widest Sardinian municipalities and thus able to offer a wonderful and varied landscape. The coastline extends over about 26km and is characterized by the alternation of white and fine sand beaches and high and rocky tracts. On the opposite side, the mountains are found: Sette Fratelli mounts, covered with wood, are the natural habitat for deer, golden eagles and wild boars. Serpeddì is the highest top (1069m). Molentargius pond, one of the most important wet areas in Europe, is found in the plain of Cagliari and is the nesting area for several species of birds, among which pink flamingos.

Semi-detached villa with two floors. On the ground floor it is composed of a living-room with a wide veranda and fireplace; a big kitchen; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; a bathroom with bath. The first floor is a mansard, which is accessible through a steep wooden staircase and composed of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. This villa also has an external shower, washing machine, safe, air conditioning in the double bedroom on the mansard and in the twin room on the ground floor, car park and TV (only local channels but with DVD reader).
