Villa Nicole - Capitana

The villa is located in Capitana at 15 km from Cagliari and approx 10 km from Quartu Sant’Elena, one of the widest municipalities of Sardinia able to offer a unique and varied landscape. The shore extends for approx 26 km and is characterized by white sandy beaches interrupted by high rocky cliffs. On the other side a mountainous landscape. The mounts of Sette Fratelli, recovered with woods, are the natural habitat of deers, royal eagle and wild pigs. The highest is the Serpeddì mount 1069 metres high. In the plain the Stagno di Molentargius, one of the most important humid areas of Europe. Area characterized by the pink flamingo, among other birds which nest here as well.

Semi-detached villa of two floors. On the ground floor: lounge with a wide veranda and fireplace, wide kitchen, 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom, one bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor an atic, to which is possible to access through a steep staircase. The atic has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It also has an external shower, washing machine, air conditioning in the double and twin rooms, heating. The villa does not have a TV.

Arrivals on Saturdays. The apartments are handed over from 3 to 5 p.m. Please communicate any late arrivals, for which it is necessary to pay additional charge. Pets: permission to be requested at the moment of booking.
