Independent villa on 2 levels. Ground Floor: Spacious sitting-room, well furnished with French windows overlooking the swimming pool; separate kitchen (electric oven, and microwave) opening onto a covered and luminous terrace with BBQ where it is possible to dine; 1 bath tub; double bedroom ,bathroom with shower en suite which opens onto the terrace; 2 twin bedrooms. First floor: 1 twin bedroom opening onto a private terrace with view onto the gulf  . 1 bathroom with shower.  There is a private apartment under the ground floor with independent entrance, used by the house keeper.  The villa is equipped with: outside shower, screens,  washing machine, air conditioning into 2 double bedrooms, heating on request. TV available.

Charges for consumptions:

90 € per week. It is compulsory and includes consumptions for water, electricity and gas for normal standard use (2 kilowatt per person) per day and it is due on spot at the arrival (every extra kilowatt used will be charged 0.20 €) and bed linen and bath towels.

Deposit:

To be delivered on spot , it will be given back at the end of the stay: 500 €

Additional cleaning:

13 euros per hour.

Final cleaning:

charge for kitchen left dirty 50 euro

Additional linen and bath towel change:

Linen change is included. If required, the additional change costs 12 euros per person for bed linen and  5 euros per person for bath towels

Transfers:

up to 3 people it costs 75 euros, up to 7 people it costs 95 euros;

Pets:

allowed if requested at booking time with extra charge of 25 euros per week is due.

Cot / High chair:

25 euros per week each.

REMARKS

Arrivals on Saturdays. The apartments are handed over from 5 to 7 p.m. Please communicate any late arrivals. For arrivals after 5 p.m. and before 10 p.m. an extra charge of 25.00 € is due. After 10 p.m. or on Sundays an extra charge of 50,00 € is due.
