Villa Sara - Capitana

The villa is located in Marina Village at 15 km from Cagliari and approx 10 km from Quartu Sant’Elena, one of the widest municipalities of Sardinia able to offer a unique and varied landscape. The shore extends for approx 26 km and is characterized by white sandy beaches interrupted by high rocky cliffs. On the other side a mountainous landscape. The mounts of Sette Fratelli, recovered with woods, are the natural habitat of deers, royal eagle and wild pigs. The highest is the Serpeddì mount 1069 metres high. In the plain the Stagno di Molentargius, one of the most important humid areas of Europe. Area characterized by the pink flamingo, among other birds which nest here as well.

Large detached comfortable villa with green grass garden with swimming pool. The villa has a basement with one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a living area with a shower bathroom. The basement entrance is independent. There is a stair of around 20 steps leading to the main entrance of the villa. Through the entrance after four steps down there is the living area with a fire place and the open kitchen. From the kitchen you can get to the veranda, the outside dining area. On the same floor there is a double bedroom and a shower bathroom. At the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom and a shower bathroom. Barbecue- washing machine, electric oven.
