Villa Bruna - Flumini

The villa is located in Flumini at less than 10 km from Quartu Sant’Elena, one of the widest municipalities of Sardinia able to offer a unique and varied landscape. The shore extends for approx 26 km and is characterized by white sandy beaches interrupted by high rocky cliffs. On the other side a mountainous landscape. The mounts of Sette Fratelli, recovered with woods, are the natural habitat of deers, royal eagle and wild pigs. The highest is the Serpeddì mount 1069 metres high. In the plain the Stagno di Molentargius, one of the most important humid areas of Europe. Area characterized by the pink flamingo, among other birds which nest here as well.

The unit is located in Flumini di Quartu, locality Tanca Fiorita. It is at 20 km from Cagliari, 126 km form Arbatax and approx 280 km from Olbia.

Villa

Wide independent villa on two floors with private swimming pool and lawn garden. The ground floor: a wide lounge with fireplace and separate kitchen, 1 double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. On the first floor 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, all the bedrooms have a balcony and air conditioning (hot/cold), one bathroom. The villa also has barbeque, washing machine and external shower. It does not have a TV. < /p>

Bed and bath linen extra change and transfer upon request with extra payment. All of the necessary services for a pleasurable stay in the area.

The villa has an equipped kitchenette.

Remarks

Arrivals on Saturdays. The apartments are handed over from 3 to 5 p.m. Please communicate any late arrivals, for which it is necessary to pay additional charge. Pets: permission to be requested at the moment of booking.
