Alessia House

The area of Capitana is divided into different lots that extend along a few coastal kilometers and give onto several beaches, such as S. Luria, Stella di Mare and Marina Residence. The beach of Capitana is catacterized by white sand and cristal clear turquoise waters.

Location

Capitana is in south-eastern Sardinia, between Cagliari and Villasimius. It is about 20km from the Sardinian chief town and well-known for its marina (Marina di Capitana). Cagliari-Elmas airport is 25km away.

House

Alessia house is a two-floor semi-detached house. The ground floor is composed of a living room with fireplace and fan, a detached kitchen with dishwasher, owen and fan, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor is composed of two double bedrooms (one of which with veranda), a twin room with a wardrobe and a bathroom. This house also has a garden with green lawn, barbecue, external shower, car park.
