Villa Rosmery

It is located in Capitana, a few kilometres from Quartu Sant'Elena, one of the widest municipalities of Sardinia able to offer a unique and varied landscapes. The shore extends for approx 26 km and is characterized by white sandy beaches interrupted by high rocky cliffs. The opposite side is characterised by a mountainous landscape. The mounts of Sette Fratelli, recovered with woods, are the natural habitat of deers, royal eagle and wild pigs. The highest is the Serpeddì mount 1069 metres high. In the plain the Stagno di Molentargius, one of the most important humid areas of Europe. Area characterized by the pink flamingo, among other birds which nest here as well.

The house is located in Capitana. It is about 20 km from Cagliari, 126 km from Arbatax and about 280 km from Olbia.

House

Villa Rosmery is wide, comfortable, independent and on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, living area, dining room, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, single bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor there are two double rooms (joinable twin beds), a bathroom with shower, a double room with private bathroom (with bathtub). The three rooms have access to a veranda overlooking the sea and the villa. The villa has a barbecue, outdoor shower, a nice veranda and parking .. Television is not available.
