Appartamento Pinus Village

Surrounded by the green inside a pine wood facing the sea, at 10 km from Pula and a short drive from the wonderful beaches of Chia (4 km), the small villa is part of the residential complex Pinus Village, located in a luxuriant green area that embraces the whole area and guarantees total quietness and independence.

Location

Located in Santa Margherita di Pula, renowned tourist location of the south west coast of Sardinia, at the centre of Pinus Village, at 10 km from Pula and a few minutes’ drive from the wonderful beaches of Pula (4 km). How to arrive: from Cagliari’s port and airport (45 km): go along the road SS195 towards Pula and then towards Chia/Domus di Maria. At the km 41,9 turn left to Pinus Village and go down to the sea for about 1 km following the main road inside the residential area.

House

The apartment in row with superior finishings has been studied and furnished in order to offer the best comfort for a perfect holiday. It is located on the first floor and composed of a wide lounge with separate kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with a French style bed, one bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning that gives as a result a lovely stay any time of the year up to a maximum of 4 people. In the lounge there are 2 sofa beds that can be used in the case of a big family, up to 6 people. In the outside there is a lovely small terrace with table and chairs, barbeque. There is a parking space exclusive use of the apartment. At a few meters from the house, following the private small road, it is possible to arrive to the beach and to the lovely bay surrounded by rocks modelled by the wind. The apartment has washing machine and dishwasher, water reserve, TV.
