• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Consumptions: free of charge for children aged 0 to 5 years. Tariffs include: electricity, water, gas, bed linen and bath towels with weekly change;
  - Final cleaning;
  - Safe deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the apartment.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site but to be requested when booking)
  - Color TV: 25,00 euros per week;
  - Portable air conditioner: 65,00 euros per week;
  - Baby cot: 25,00 euros per week.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - Pets: not admitted.
  - According to availability, it is possible to enjoy stays shorter than 7 nights (4-night minimum stay): until mid June and from mid September.
