• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes: electricity, gas supply and air conditioning. For stays of more than two weeks the rate is 15 euros per person per week instead of 20 euros;
  -Final cleaning;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Breakfast: 5 euros per person per day;
  -English Breakfast upon request;
  -Additional bed: 10 euros per day but in July and August 20 euros per day.
  Linen&Towel change: 20 euro per person per change;
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  W-elcome pack: all the necessary for a meal for 2/3 persons (cheese, ham, tea, coffe, milk, cookies, fruit, pasta, tomatos, bread, wine, water): 30 euro.
  -Baby cot or high chair free of charge upon request;
  -Extra cleaning;
  -Baby-sitting during the day and at night.
