Sole & Sale holiday houses are located in Santa Margherita di Pula, on the south-western coast of Sardinia. This locality has been rated 4 sails on the Blue Guide of Legambiente. Santa Margherita di Pula is characterized by some granitic mountains descending towards the very white beaches with a crystal-clear water and a thick pinewood. In the hinterland north of Pula, woodlands, streams that give rise to cascades and spectacular canyons alternate. Uphill on the highest peaks exceeding 1000 meters, the Mediterranean scrub alternates with chestnuts, holm-oaks, strawberry-trees and oaks, and several varieties of mushrooms and aromatic essence are found in the underbrush. This natural oasis is the undisputed reign of Sardinian deer, fallow deer, spotted woodpeckers, goshawks and golden eagles. In the near municipality of Domus de Maria, the flora and fauna oasis of Is Cannoneris is found: this is the largest holm-oak forest in Europe. Sole&Sale is the ideal place for those who want to spend some holidays immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, which is characterized by a strong scent of myrtle and is very close to a wonderful sea.
