Semi-detached small Villa situated close to the sea, at 100 mts from Porto Columbu beach and only few km from Pula center and Nora locality far, dipped in the silence. It is about a 180 m2 villa, which develops on 2 floors and reacheable through a private drive way.
On the first floors are located 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 2 bedroom with twin beds, equipped terrace to have meals outside.
The ground floor consists of kitchen, wide living room and 1 bathroom,equipped terrace to have meals outside, TV sat.
It is surrounded by an ample garden equipped with outside shower and BBQ. Its position guarantee constantly  fresh air . Air conditioning is not needed.

Sleeps: up 6 (2 added children camp beds available on request);

Deposite safe: 250 € to be delivered at arrival, will given back at departure, excepting balance's case.
