Apartments situated in the "GENOVA RESIDENCE"  a small structure located in the village of Orosei 2 kilometres far from the sea. All the apartments are provided with two bedrooms, dining room with kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with shower, terrace or balcony with table and chairs. Each apartment has a basin, barbecue and parking. They also have an oven, fridge, freezer, a gas cooker with four burners, TV and kitchen linens.

The tariff includes

the rental of the apartment, consumptions for water, electric and gas.

The price doesn’t include

Final cleaning

50 € to be paid locally on spot. It doesn’t include kitchenette cleaning which is up to the customer otherwise 30 euros extra-charge.

Safe deposit

100 €. The deposit is to be lodged on spot and it will be given back at the end of the stay after a check of the apartment.

Optional charges

To be paid locally and to be mentioned at the time of booking.
