Case Vacanza Orosei S'Isula

The residential complex "S'ISULA MANNA" is composed of 6 apartments all with 2 bedrooms of which one with double bed and one with twin beds ; a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette, covered veranda equipped with table and chairs for pleasant meals outside. The kitchenette has electric oven, a gas cooker with four burns, fridge/freezer. All the apartments have TV, iron and ironing board, parking. The facility is surrounded by a garden with lawn with olive-trees and some other trees typical of Mediterranean maquis. Inside the property there is : barbecue, shower and shared washing machine, playing-area for kids. Locally it is possible to rent bikes. It is situated 900 m far from the sea and from Orosei. It is an idyllic place where spending a relaxing holiday.

The tariff includes

the rental of the apartment, consumptions for water, electric and gas.

The price doesn’t include

Final cleaning

50 € to be paid locally on spot. It doesn’t include kitchenette cleaning which is up to the customer otherwise 30 euros extra-charge.

Safe deposit

100 €. The deposit is to be lodged on spot and it will be given back at the end of the stay after a check of the apartment.
