- -Tariffs include water, electricity and gas.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
-Final cleaning.Dishware, fridge and kitchenette must be left cleaned; otherwise, a charge of Euro 40 will be retained from the security deposit;
-Deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the
apartment. In case of late check out(from 08 p.m. to 08 a.p.), the deposit can be returned by return mail to the customer address.
OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
-Bed linens and towels rental euro 35,00 pp for the whole period. Linen change is not provided.
-Linen change charge euro 15,00 pp, must be confirmed when booking.
-Extra bed per week: Two- roomed apartment: to 25/05 and from 29/09 euro 105,00; from 26/05 to 29/06 and from 01/09 to 28/09 euro 140,00; from 30/06 to 27/07 euro 245,00; from 28/07 to 31/08 euro 280,00.
Three-roomed apartment: to 25/05 and from 29/09 euro 140,00; from 26/05 to 29/06 and from 01/09 to 28/09 euro 175,00; from 30/06 to 27/07 euro 280,00; from 28/07 to 31/08 euro 315,00.
-Pets: only small pets admitted, apart from the beach and common areas. 50,00 euros for extra cleaning.
REMARKS:
-DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST: Minimum stay: 14 days, with fixed dates 1-15, 15-29, 16-30 and 17-31.
-For all that has to be paid locally, credit cards or cheques are not accepted.
-The whole security deposit amount will be retained in case the apartment key is not returned within the check-out time.
-Weekly cleaning is not provided during the stay.
-It is compulsory to inform the accommodation structure in case of arrival after 10 pm otherwise key delivery is not guaranteed. Arrivals between 10 pm and 1 am will have a penalty of Euro 50. After this time key delivery is not provided.
Cancellation policy
30 % up to 30 days before the date of arrival;50 % from 29 and 14 days before the date of arrival;
75 % from 13 and 8 days before the date of arrival;
100 % from 7 days before the date of arrival in case of no show;
In case the stay with them combined is cancelled, ferry or flight tickets or the car rental purchased with SUPERPROMO Sardegne.com rate will be cancelled.
In case of Sardegne.com rates and special offers, the cancellation policies may vary and then they will be indicated when booking.
When booking a room with a rate indicated as "non-refundable", please note that you cannot make any cancellation.
