COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
-The Services Package includes: consumptions of electricity, water, and gas;
-Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure;
-Final cleaning (kitchenette must be cleaned by the customer).

OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
-Bed linen: 5 euros per person
-Bath towels: 10 euros per person
-High chair: 30 euro per stay
-Baby cot: 50 euros per stay
-Extra bed: 100 euros per week

Cancellation policy

No penalties from the reservation until 30 days before the date of arrival;
20 % from 29 days before the date of arrival in case of no show;

In case the stay with them combined is cancelled, ferry or flight tickets or the car rental purchased with SUPERPROMO Sardegne.com rate will be cancelled.
In case of Sardegne.com rates and special offers, the cancellation policies may vary and then they will be indicated when booking.
When booking a room with a rate indicated as "non-refundable", please note that you cannot make any cancellation.
