• Consumptions cost include: water, electricity (up to a daily consumption of 2 KW per person, extra consumption euro 0.20 per KW) gas, bed and bath linen
• UTILITIES TO BE PAID ON SPOT: the consumption of water will be checked upon arrival and departure and will be charged euro 6,00 per CM(this charge will also cover the emptiness of the septic tunk); the electricity counter will be checked upon arrival and departure, each kilowatt will be charged euro 0,20; charge for kitchen left dirty Euro 50.
  WEEKLY CHARGE FOR CONSUMPTIONS include the following: gas, bed and bath linen , pool& garden mainteinance, assistance during the stay, check in and check out, final cleaning.
  LATE arrivals (with our written acceptance): after 5 pm until 10 pm euro 25, after 10 pm and on Sunday charges are euro 50.
