Semi detached villa with lawn garden located in a quiet position with sea view to the Bay of Dolphins. Lounge with fireplace and kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower; from the living room 5 stairs up there is a double room; going down the 7 steps always from the living room there is a double room (window near the ceiling). From the garden, always in the same unit and with a separate entrance another double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom and a small lounge. The hight of this room is 2 meters. In order to arrive to the villa there is a slope with a 28% approx inclination. This unit does not have washing machine.
