The villa is located at Torre delle Stelle one of the best known summer areas in south-eastern Sardinia at around 35 km from Cagliari. It is a big residential complex.

Detached villa built in stone surrounded by a spacious wide garden, with simple and functional furniture. It has a living room with a large window with sea view opening into a covered terrace facing the garden. Separated dining room and separated kitchen with dish washer and wc. A few steps up from the living room there are one double bedroom with bathroom en suite opening into the garden. A shower bathroom, two twin bedrooms joinable and a twin bedroom joinable opening with French windows into the garden and with an en suite shower bathroom. Washing machine. Outside barbecue . At Torre delle Stelle all of the necessary services for a pleasurable stay: supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, tennis field, soccer ground, sub school, nautical club. It is possible to practise windsurf or snorkelling, sailing, nautical ski and just swim in this calm waters.

Remarks

Arrivals on Saturdays. The apartments are handed over from 3 to 5 p.m. Please communicate any late arrivals, for which it is necessary to pay additional charge. Pets: permission to be requested at the moment of booking.
