Villa

Wide original and independent villa in traditional Sardinian architecture with its own spacious swimming pool surrounded by both open and covered terraces. The property is located only steps away from the beach, yet remaining very private due to its lush garden. There are royal palms and other exotic plants around the ways, the terraces and the pool. Inside, the kitchen is finely appointed in good rustic taste and the living and dining areas are also well decorated with quality sofas, drapes and furniture. Wall fun in all rooms. Washing machine. Barbecue. Outside shower. Parking.
The villa consists of: 2 double bedroom one with fire place and en suite bath and shower room. One twin bedroom (joinable). 1 quadruple bedroom. Two shower bathrooms. Spacious living room well furnished (with safe). Separate kitchen (dishwasher, microwave etc).
N.B. there is a maid two times per week for three hours to clean the house
