Spacious independent villa on a single level, in a quiet and peaceful area near both beaches. The house has a practical covered veranda terrace, accessed from the living area and facing the garden and pool. The light pastel colours decor and the quality shower rooms and kitchen (with fine ceramics) make the inside of the villa pleasant and charming. The living and dining areas have quality solid timber furniture and fine cabinets. Private parking for 2 cars.
The villa consists of: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom , a single bedroom and one shower bathroom. A second bedroom (as single or double upon request) with en suite shower bathroom. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine in the separate kitchen (no hot water in the kitchen). Wide living room with fireplace. BBQ area. Outside shower.
