Charming detached and spacious villa on two levels located in a peaceful area with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Cagliari. It offers comfortable accommodation for 6 people. The top floor (where bedrooms are located) has a private secluded panoramic terrace. The lower part of the house has a dining area separated from the living room and fireplace and a second eating area, all with hand made terracotta floor tiles throughout . There is a covered terrace from the BBQ area conveniently located right outside the kitchen right to the front door of the house.
