The villa

Charming detached and spacious villa on two levels located in a peaceful area with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Cagliari. Offers comfortable accommodation for 6 people. Has a double bedroom with bathroom, two twin rooms (joinable) with a shared shower bathroom. On the top floor, in the sleeping area, there is a panoramic terrace. Downstairs there is a dining area separated from the living room, fireplace and a second dining area, all with terracotta tilings. A covered terrace with a BBQ area is conveniently located right outside the kitchen. By the kitchen there is a toilet. The villa has parking space for 2 cars, washing machine and a shady garden.
