The property is an old pen, rural building of 100 m2 dated back at the beginning of the 1800. It enjoyies of a good position becouse set in the country of Gallura facing Luogosanto. It stands in a blooming area full of myrtle, sardinian strawberry and millenary wild olive trees and is dipped in a 1 hectare mediterranean garden. It is the ideal place for groups up to 4 - 6 people, simple but functional furnished.

The property is situated in Luogosanto, at 5 km from the village centre.
It is 50 km from Olbia's airport and 120 km from Alghero's airport far. Olbia's port is 50 km away and Porto Torres's port at 100 km. From Olbia: cover the road to Arzachena and then to Palau. Straight afterwards to be gone beyond Arzachena locality, turn the left to Bassacutena locality. After 4 km, at the km 25,5 of the "133 Palau-Tempio" statal road, turn the right in a dirt road. After 900 mts you will find the wood gate of the property.
From Alghero cover the road to Sassari and then to Tempio. From Tempio drive to Palau direction. At the km 25,5 of the "133 Palau-Tempio" statal road turn the right in the dirt road which lead to the property. Bus lines service available from Olbia and Tempio to Luogosanto or Palau.
