All the apartments are furnished in a simple way, according to the taste of each owner. All the apartments have shower bathroom and may also have a veranda, terrace or garden. Some are part of terraced houses, others are located in multi-storey buildings, others in detached houses. The apartments are divided into:
BILO 2: living with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom;
BILO 3: living with kitchenette, double bedroom with possibility of extra bed or sofa bed in the living room and bathroom;
BILO 4: living with kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed, 1 bedroom and bathroom;
TRILO 5: living with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms or single sofa bed in the living room;
TRILO 6: living with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and double sofa bed in the living room,bathroom;
QUADRI 8: living with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms with bunk or single beds, double sofa bed in the living room, bathroom. Sometimes 3rd bedroom on the first floor with double external bathroom.
