Appartamenti La Maddalena

The apartments are located in modern building in the centre of the town, or in independent villas near the sea. Because of the location of the centre in relation to the apartments, it is advisable the use of a car.

Location

The apartments are located in the wonderful Island of La Maddalena, the biggest of the archipelago from which it takes the name, at 10 minutes from Palau in the north part of Sardinia. The port and airport of Olbia are at approx 42 Km.

Apartments

The are decorated in a simple and functional way according to the personal taste of the owners and have a veranda. They are divided into sea apartments and town apartments, depending on the distance to the beach. There are also apartments who can host disable people. The apartments are divided into the following typologies:
Studio 2 beds (centre) : lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom.
Two room 4 beds (centre and sea): lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
Three room 6 beds (centre and sea): > lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom.

Distance to the beach: from 100 to 1000 mt the sea apartments, from 1000 to 2000 mt the centre apartments.

Amenities

Air conditioning (in some apartments). In the near centre the possibility of shops and services and of practicing several sport activities.
