TARIFFS INCLUDE: electricity, gas, and water.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
-Final cleaning. Kitchenette must be left clean, otherwise € 30 will be charged.

ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
-Kitchen linen, bed linen and towels free of charge if requested when booking;
-On request Arrivals/Departures on a different period other than months available.

Cancellation policy

No penalties from the reservation until 15 days before the date of arrival;
30 % from 14 days before the date of arrival in case of no show;

In case the stay with them combined is cancelled, ferry or flight tickets or the car rental purchased with SUPERPROMO Sardegne.com rate will be cancelled.
In case of Sardegne.com rates and special offers, the cancellation policies may vary and then they will be indicated when booking.
When booking a room with a rate indicated as "non-refundable", please note that you cannot make any cancellation.
