• COMPULSORY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SITE:
  - Consumptions include electricity, water, gas, weekly bed linen and bath towels, which are given at the arrival. Children up to 5 years do not pay services. Kitchen linen not available;
  - Cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests (otherwise a 30,00 euros extra charge is requested);
  - Deposit: it is refund at the end of the stay if no damage is noticed in the apartment. In the case of anticipated departure or when the reception office is closed, the deposit is sent to the guest's residence.
  
  SPESE OPZIONALI DA PAGARE IN LOCO:
  - Mini-Club: for children aged 4 to 13, with club card to be paid on site 25 euros per person per week;
  - Pets: small pets admitted, to be requested at reservation, 30.00 euros extra charge for the whole stay.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - Sea view (only for two-room and three-room apartments): upon request at reservation, not guaranteed, 5% extra charge, to be paid on site;
  - For the whole season, apart from 04/08 to 01/09 (period during which stays must start/finish only on Saturday or Tuesday) it is possible to start/finish stays any day of the week (fees pro-rata);
  - Baby cot: 0/2 years old, not available. The guests can freely bring their own cot (and just have to inform us about it when booking).
  
  RECEPTION OFFICE:
  - The reception office is open from 09:00am to 01:00pm and from 04:30pm to 08:00pm.
  - Handing of the keys: on Saturday from 04:30pm to 08:00pm. Late arrivals must be previously communicated and are accepted until midnight maximum, otherwise the keys are handed over the day after. The keys must be handed back the departure day, before 09:45am.
  - For midweek arrivals, the keys are handed over before 08:00pm. For late arrivals (to be communicated) a 15.00 Euros extra charge is requested.
