The new Villa Gaia is located in an ideal position to enjoy a spectacular and relaxing view: in front of you the sea, on top of you the sky. Villa Gaia is a semi-detached recently built villa, finishes in the year 2007, with a bedroom, lounge with 2 comfortable sofa beds (one double and one French style), kitchenette, terrace of approx 50 m2 and common swimming pool. The furniture is elegant and sober, each bedroom has a different colour, the lounge is ocrea, blue the bedroom and green the bathroom with bathtub. It is ideal for families with children as well as for a group of 5 people. It has all the necessary for a perfect vacation. Independent entrance, it is of simple access by foot as well, it is at 1,5 km from the sea and only 200 meters from the heart of the Chia Laguna Resort. A comfortable small villa near all of the services of the Resort Chia Laguna.

Location

The villa is located at Chia, municipality of Domus de Maria, in the south west coast of Sardinia. It is part of the complex Chia Laguna Resort. Chia is at approx 50 km from the port and airport of Cagliari.
