Villetta Chia

Dipped in a wide Mediterranean garden and set in a hill with panoramic view at a few minutes from the sea this villa is the right solution for a relaxing holiday with all comforts and in close contact with nature, at few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of south Sardinia. It is divided into 2 totally independent apartments.

Location

The villa is located in Chia, Domus de Maria. Cagliari is at approx 55 km. The centre of Pula is located at 20 km.

Apartments

House Adriana: wide lounge with American kitchenette, microwave and oven, fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom, a room with French style bed (upon request a double bed or 2 separate beds), bathroom with shower, equipped veranda with panoramic view to the hills.
House Betty: wide lounge with American kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds (3 beds), 2 of them are joinable to make a double room, bathroom with shower, veranda and lawn garden.

Amenities

Barbeque, external shower, sat TV, garden furniture. Upon request with additional charge and depending on availability: linen, transfer, guided visits, bike and boat rental.

Cooking&Eating

The villa has an equipped kitchen. Typical dinners upon request and extra payment.

Remarks

Check in from 18:00 to 20.00 – Check out before 11:00. Pets: small pets are allowed with additional charge.
