The villa is located in Chia, in the municipality of Domus de Maria, in the South West coast of Sardinia. It is part of the complex Chia Laguna Resort. It is at approx 50 km from the port and airport of Cagliari

House

The villa consists of two double bedrooms (one can have separate beds with the possibility of extra bed), two bathrooms with shower and living room with kitchenette that faces a wide garden. Due to the position in the hills of the house, you access it through a stone path composed also of some flights of stairs.

Terrace with wide garden, satellite TV, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, DVD player, CD player, radio, safe, common swimming pool.
