Le Residenze di Peppino

Le Residenze di Peppino are located in a wide area at the foot of Monte Nai, from a minimum of 300 meters to a maximum of 700 meters from the sea. Furnished according to the taste of each owner, the apartments are situated inside terraced houses or two-storey residential units of 2 or 4 apartments, surrounded by large green areas.

Location

Costa Rei, approx. 70 Km from Cagliari, is on the southeastern coast of Sardinia, characterised by a crystal clear sea and 8 km of white sandy beaches, here and there interspersed by granite rocks.

Apartments

Most of the apartments have gardens (not always fenced), BBQ, external shower, satellite dish (the area is not entirely covered by the analog signal), washing machine (only available in some apartments)

TWO-ROOMED APARTMENT - SLEEPS 2/4 - approx. 35 sqm - lounge with kitchenette and sofa bed (sometimes a bunk bed in the hallway ias also available), double bedroom, bathroom, veranda or balcony

TRILO6 - approx. 55 sqm - lounge with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bunk bed or twin bedroom, bathroom, veranda or balcony;

QUADRI. - SLEEPS 6/8 - approx. 70 sqm - lounge with kitchenette (sometimes a sofa bed is also available), double bedroom, 2 twin rooms (one with bunk bed), bathroom, veranda or balcony;

VILLA - SLEEPS 6/8 - approx. 55/80 sqm - lounge with kitchenette and sofa bed, 1 or 2 double bedrooms, 1 or 2 twin bedrooms (often with a bunk bed and sometimes loft), 1 or 2 bathrooms, garden, veranda
