Appartamenti Valle degli oleandri - Costa Rei

Valle degli Oleandri is a wide area on the sloped of Monte Nai, at a few meters from the sea. We have selected several typologies of apartments, furniture according to the taste of their owners. Some in semi-detached villas, others in buildings of two floor with 2 or 4 apartments, surrounded by wide green areas. Parking by the house. The distance to the sea is between 300 and 650 meters; commercial centre and services 200/500 meters.

Location

It is possible to arrive to Costa Rei following the coastal road to Villasimius up to Solanas (km 26.300), then turn left to S. Barbara/Castiadas up to the new state road 125 to Muravera/Castiadas. After around 15 km you will see the exit on the right to Costa Rei, and the signs to arrive to the centre of the town. Approx 500 mt after the entrance on the right there is a gas station and 200 mt ahead, always on the right, the reception office.

Apartments

Two room 2/4 – approx 35 m2 – lounge with kitchenette and sofa bed (sometimes bunk beds in the corridor), double bedroom, bathroom, veranda or balcony
Three room 4 - approx 45 m2 - lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, veranda or balcony.
Three room 6 - approx 55 m2 - lounge with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom or bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, veranda or balcony;
Four room 6/8 – approx 70 m2 – lounge with kitchenette (sometimes a sofa bed as well), double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (one with bunk beds), bathroom, veranda or balcony;
Villa 6/8 – 55/80 m2 – lounge with kitchenette and sofa bed, one or two double bedrooms, one or two twin bedrooms (usually with a bunk bed and sometimes in loft), one or two bathrooms, garden, veranda.

Amenities

Most of the apartments have a garden, not always fenced, barbeque, external shower, parabolic antenna (Costa Rei is not entirely covered by the analogical signal). The washing machine is available only in some of the apartments (to be verified at the moment of booking, in case of particular requests).

Cooking&Eating

All of the apartments have a kitchenette with pots and pans.
