• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes on site assistance, consumptions of electricity, water, and gas;
  -Final cleaning;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bed linen: 12,00 Euros per person/week;
  -Bath towels: 8,00 Euros per person/week (compulsory weekly change);
  -Extra bed: upon request, 45,00 Euros per week (available in some apartments only);
  -Baby cot: 40,00 Euros per stay;
  -TV and decoder: 50,00 Euros per week/decoder only: 20,00 Euros per week;
  -Small pets: 50,00 Euros;
  -Air conditioning, upon request, 50,00 Euros per week (available in some apartments only).
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -Check-in: from 05:00pm to 08:00pm – Check-out: before 10:00am. Arrivals later than 08:00pm are to be communicated in advance. 20,00 Euros extra for arrivals between 09:00pm and midnight. 30,00 Euros extra charge for arrivals between midnight and 03:00am;
  -The week from August 11th to August 18th must be combined with the previous or following week.
