• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes water, electricity and gas consumption, bed linen with weekly change. (Infant 0/2 years: free of charge);
  -Final cleaning: The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests:
  -Deposit:(cheque/credit card) to be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bath towels: 10,00 Euros per person per week;
  -Baby cot: 50,00 Euros per week; free of charge if brought by the guests;
  -Extra bed: 75,00 Euros per week (to be requested at reservation).
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  Late arrival: 50,00 Euros per villa later than 09:00pm – late arrivals to be communicated in advance.
