  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 25,00 euros extra charge is requested.
  - Safe deposit: it can be returned at the end of the stay after a status check of the apartment.

  - Bed linen set: 10,00 euros per person per week;
  - Bed linen+bath towels set: 15,00 euros per person per week;
