• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes consumptions of electricity, water, and gas;
  -Final cleaning: the kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests and garbage, otherwise a 40 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit(by credit card): To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bed linen and bath towels: 15 euros per person per change;
  -Air conditioning(portable): 50 euros per week
  -Washing machine: 35 euros per week;
  -Baby cot(0/1 years): 30 euros per week;
  -Small pets: 35 euros per week.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -On request arrival/departure on different days saturdays/saturdays.
