Cancellation policy

30% up to 31 days before the date of arrival;
50% from 30 and 21 days before the date of arrival;
75% from 20 and 16 days before the date of arrival;
100% from 15 days before the date of arrival in case of no show;
In case of purchase of a "stay + ferry", "stay + flight" or "stay + rent a car" tourist pakage a minimum penalty of 10% on the total file amount except discounts is considered since booking. The minimum penalty also applies for the partial cancellation of the tourist package.
