Cancellation policy

20 % up to 16 days before the date of arrival;
50 % from 15 days before the date of arrival in case of no show;

In case of purchase of a "stay + ferry", "stay + flight" or "stay + rent a car" tourist pakage a minimum penalty of 10% on the total file amount except discounts is considered since booking. The minimum penalty also applies for the partial cancellation of the tourist package.
