La casa di nonno Eligio

La Casa di Nonno Eligio is a recently built facility composed of 9 apartments, placed about 4.5km from the beach of Torre di Barì (where the seventeenth-century Spanish tower is found) and about 6km from the wonderful the beach of Cea (famous for its spectacular stacks). It is a few minutes by car from Arbatax and Santa Maria Navarrese, from where one can leave for some daily excursions in the wonderful and uncontaminated beaches of Cala Glororitzé, Cala Sisine, Cala Luna and Cala Mariolu. This is the ideal place in particular for surfers and kiters, divers and lovers of underwater fishing.

The facility is placed 15km from the port of Arbatax.

The facility is composed of 9 two-, three- and four-roomed apartments (4 to 8 beds), among which a two-roomed apartments is equipped for disabled people.
TWO-ROOMED APARTMENTS: (4 beds) they are composed of a living-room/kitchen with double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, independent air-conditioning and heating.

THREE-ROOMED APARTMENTS: (7 beds) they are composed of a living-room/kitchen with double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a wooden intermediate floor with double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower, independent air-conditioning and heating.

FOUR-ROOMED APARTMENT: (8 beds) it is composed of a living-room/kitchen with double sofa bed, a double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed (three places), a wooden intermediate floor with double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower, independent air-conditioning and heating.
