Positive aspects: Great Family hotel with the villa option a very good combination, staff were helpful and service generally was good.

Negative aspects: The villa was not routinely cleaned we had to pay an additional 50 €s for a clean even though it was booked for two weeks, this was a particular issue as there was a real ant problem and we have a crawling baby.
It took several attempts to fix probems i.e. broken high chair was replaced with another broken high chair
