Villa Capriccioli - Casa Terrazzo

Located inside a unique property of three houses of different sizes, Casa Terrazza (terrace house) is in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, in a natural setting of rare beauty among granite rocks and the Mediterranean maquis. The house is only 140 meters away from the famous Capriccioli beach, which can be reached on foot through a path among the mediterranean maquis. The entrance and the shared garden is characterised by granite pillars and heavy wooden doors; guests can park their car (max. 3) under the wood and bamboo shed, on the right of the gate. From here, a very nice stone path winds along different ways to get each of the three houses. Some shaded areas offer romantic spaces, while a beautiful panoramic view enjoys the highest points. As well as the garden, the houses are rich in detail, both in their furnishing and decorations.

Capriccioli, one of the most beautiful bays of the Costa Smeralda, is 22 km from Olbia maritime port and airport; 4 Km from Porto Cervo; 12 Km from Porto Rotondo.

The Villa

The house, of about 70 sqm, completely renovated in 2004 and equipped with all the comforts, has a terrace and a large entrance glass door leading to the living room, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view on Capriccioli bay, Mortorio and Soffi islands and Porto Rotondo. Characterized by shades of blue, the house has a dining area, located near the kitchen door, and a living area; a double bedroom, equipped with furniture that reflect the colors and the furnishings of the living area; a bathroom with shower decorated with blue and light blue inlays; one twin ensuite bedroom (joinable) with shower set in a granite rock.
