Casa Alba - Girasole

The detached recently built Africa House is situated at 2 km from Tortolì and 1.5 km from San Gemiliano beach. On the firtst floor, tastefully furnished, the house disposes of terrace with table, chairs and BBQ, oven, microwave, TV color, washing mashine and private parking. It consists of living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower.

The rates does not include:

Charges for consumptions

- Weekly charges to be paid on site at arrival, include: electricity, water, gas and bed linen as well. 25 € per person. Children up 11 yrs pay 10 €.

- Final cleaning (kitchenette excluded. It must be cleaned by the guest) : 50 €

- Deposite safe : 150 € compulsory , to be delivered at arrival, will be given back at departure .

Extra charges

To be paid on site, available on request at booking time.

- Bed linen change : 7 euro per person per week .


- Cradle: 10 euro per week per cradle .

- Pets: Not allowed.
