According to the local style of Arbatax' sea village architecture, the villa is located at 800 mts from Porto Frailis beach and the rocky Bellavista headland. Stylish furnished and comfortly equipped, it disposes of: tv color, washing mashine, dishwasher, air conditioning, BBQ. Giada House consists of: living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower, coverder terrace.

Compulsory Charges

- Charges for consumptions: to be paid on site at arrival, include water, electricity, gas and bed linen as well: 25 € per person per week. Children up 11 yrs free of charge.

- Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette): 50 €

- Deposite safe 250 € compulsory to be delivered at arrival time, will be given back at departure excluding balance's case.

Extra requested charges

To be paid on site, available on request at booking time

- Bed linen change:  7 € per person per week;
- Added bed: 50 € per week each
- Cradle: 30 € per week each
- Air conditioning: according to the real consumption (€0.50 per kw)
- Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette)
